Schedule a Repair

If you have an item that was damaged during your move, we will send a Repair Technician to your location. Special care with an artist touch, your items return good as new.

Item Loss Claim

If you have missing items, or items that can not be repaired, we will cash out the claim out based on the coverage election in your Service Agreement Bill of Lading.

File a Greivance

If any team member has caused your grief, please file a grievance by selecting this choice and completing a statement. At this point you will also be able to complete a desired resolution.
